Dresdner Ball Street Trading game for German Bundesliga
Description
Ball Street Footballstock exchange, designed for the FIFA World Cup 2006, and its successor, both designed for Dresdner Bank for the German Bundesliga, are based on a real market. Players trade shares of the participating teams. The value of the share is only determined by supply and demand during the course of the project.
All shares are judged according to their success at the Cup / in the season. The share repurchase of teams is performed during the tournament / season. The share prices reflect the expectation of the participants at any time.
There is a real-time portfolio in form of a Java applet (immediate information on change of values) with an integrated chat, an open order book, ranking lists, share values, a forum and more. An interactive schedule and editorials in a live ticker inform the players about current events around the tournament / the league.
